Shaun Hunley is an author and executive editor of PPC products for the Tax Professionals business of Thomson Reuters. His articles can be found in PPC’s Practitioners Tax Action Bulletins, which is available on Checkpoint. Before joining Thomson Reuters, Mr. Hunley spent over 10 years with national accounting firms.
Early in his career, Mr. Hunley led research and development tax incentive studies for Fortune 500 companies. He then specialized in tax due diligence, corporate restructurings, and international tax compliance and planning. Mr. Hunley also has extensive experience advising small businesses and closely held companies on various tax matters. Mr. Hunley received a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
