Through shared stories, observations, and moments of vulnerability, this course examines common missteps, navigating uncomfortable moments with grace, and the importance of fostering open, authentic, and empathetic dialogue. At the end of the session, attendees will gain greater confidence in engaging with these critical conversations and strategies for moving from discomfort to meaningful connection and understanding.
